Normal: primary perks at levels 2, 4, 7, 10; upgrade choices at every other level through 25.

Endless: primary perks at levels 2, 4, 7, 11, 15; upgrade choices at every other level through 25.

After level 25: Endless grants a transient booster choice each level instead of another permanent perk or upgrade.

Starter Boost: a permanent Basecamp upgrade that grants one additional upgrade choice at the start of each run.
